8th Grade End of Year Celebration Planning Committee

Hello 8th Grade Parents!
Believe it or not we need to start planning for the 8th Grade end of year celebration. This is such a wonderful time to have all the students together and enjoy the success of completing Middle School. In the past we have gone to The Montrose Rec Center, but unfortunately the Rec center is not available on the day that we have transportation and staff to do the celebration. We have Monday May 18th reserved with transportation. I called the Hot Springs as a backup but they are anticipating some repairs at that time and plan to be closed. The Ridgway reservoir has been mentioned and could be an awesome place to celebrate. I would love to form a parent committee to plan and execute this special event. Please respond back to me if you are interested in helping and then I will put together a meeting. Ideally I need 6-8 parents but I would welcome more! We can plan an in person meeting time. We are open to any ideas and look forward to planning with you!
