Hello wonderful TMHS Families!
I hope that no matter where your Spring Break took you near or far, that you are relaxed, rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to ROCK!! I hope you had quality time with the people who mean the most to you and that you are excited for all of the craziness of the end of school. Please read and note the dates in the email below. We are so excited to have all of our Miners back in the building!

Welcome back from break! We hope everyone was able to rest and rejuvenate for the last 6 weeks of school. 

We know the passing of Mr. Dan will have various impacts on students. Ms. Kimble will be meeting with all Miner School students at break on Monday.  We also know many students had Mr. Dan as a teacher at TIS and his loss will weigh heavy on many. We will have counselor resources available and also encourage students to leave a note on the memorial we will have set up at his office. Many have asked me about services and how they can support the Bergstrom-Noel family. As we have information I will send it out. Please reach out with any questions or whatever support you or your child may need.

TMHS Parents: Teacher Appreciation Week is coming the week of May 5 - 9, we would love your support in showing our teachers and staff love.

Testing continues this week: 

Tuesday: 9th - 11th grade students will be taking the PSAT/SAT. Seniors are excused if they have submitted  their senior edition to Ms. Coddington for the senior edition of The Daily Planet.

8th grade will complete CMAS Science on Tuesday 4/22 & 4/23. 

7th grade will complete CMAS social studies on Tuesday 4/22

Communication was sent out regarding lacrosse players and testing to those parents. 

As a reminder, all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will participate in the Colorado School Day PSAT/SAT on Tuesday, April 22, which is an early release day. Students will be dismissed after their exam concludes.

📝 Test Times: Report to the TMHS Library 10 minutes before your scheduled test time.

• 9th Grade (PSAT 8/9): 8:40–11:20 AM

• 10th Grade (PSAT 10): 8:30–11:10 AM

• 11th Grade (SAT): 8:20–11:00 AM

💻 Device Collection (9th Grade Only):

Please remind your 9th grader to bring their school-issued Chromebook and charger on Monday, April 21. Devices will be collected during 7th period in preparation for Tuesday’s test.

📚 Practice & Prep Resources:

Students who would like to review the format or practice using the Bluebook app can follow the instructions posted in their grade-level Schoology group. They can log in using either their College Board account or the sign-in ticket distributed before Spring Break.
